A contractor to deliver the construction of new EMAAR Residential building in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E for Emaar Properties PJSC Development, one of the largest developers in U.A.E.
BAM will deliver the (1,046) feet 319 meters, 77 stories building, which includes basements and retail floors. This is the first EMAAR Residential building that will be located in Corniche, Abu Dhabi. The approximately €80 million project will take 16 months. Work already started as of August 2020 and BAM International expects to complete the new Emaar Residential building by December 2025.
Sub-Contract
BAM is looking to hire a professional interior designer to do the interior designs work on the ongoing new EMAAR Residential building in Corniche, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E.
Interior designer will work on optimal room size, traffic flow and lighting, color schemes, paint finishes, cabinet styles and light fixtures e.t.c, that goes into each rooms. The project value is approximately €6.5 million (AED 28.3 million), contract duration will be 2 months.
